God has always sent messengers to the world to call men to repentance. Mankind's response has always been the same: they harken not. God will send witnesses, as He always has, at the end of time. The vast majority of men will not respond. However, despite this fact, there will always be a remnant of people who love God, and His purposes will still be accomplished.
