TROY DORRELL
Senior Pastor
Pastor Dorrell joined the Eastland team in 1998 as an Associate Pastor, and he became the Senior Pastor in 2003. Under his leadership, Eastland has experienced tremendous growth.
He and his wife Teri have seven grown children and fourteen grandchildren. They live in Claremore.
DANIEL FLEET
Adult Ministries, Outreach & Follow-up
Daniel Fleet joined the Eastland team in 2004. He teaches the 40s-50s class and oversees our adult ministries and outreach efforts. In addition, he is part of the preaching ministry and leadership development at Eastland.
He and his wife Elizabeth have four children and live in Collinsville.
JOHN MARDIROSIAN
Pastoral Care, Administration & Facilities
John Mardirosian grew up at Eastland Baptist Church, and after a brief time away, he came to serve on staff in 2002. He serves in the area of pastoral care and oversees administration as well as facilities and grounds.
He and his wife Rachelle have two sons and live in Broken Arrow.
ANDREW CALABRESE
Next Generation (Kids & Teens)
Andrew Calabrese joined the Eastland team in 2014. He serves as next-generation pastor and is responsible for both kids and teen ministries.
He and his wife Katie have four children and live in Bixby.
JESSE BECKER
Worship & Productions
Jesse Becker joined the Eastland team in 2011, as Worship Director. As such, he coordinates all vocal and instrumental music, and is involved in the audio/video productions.
He and his wife Carol have 3 children and live in Tulsa.
JIM RAMSEY
Seniors
Jim Ramsey has been part of the Eastland team since 1984, when he came as Music Director serving with Dr. Dave Hardy. He currently oversees operations of the Senior Haven Community Center and teaches the senior adults.
He and his wife Linda have three married daughters, 12 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Walter Echeverria
Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Eastland
Walter Echeverria joined the Eastland team in 2020. Previously, he served as the youth pastor at his home church, Iglesia Bautista Montecito, in Southern California for 5 years. He now serves as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Eastland, reaching the Hispanic community of Tulsa, Oklahoma for Christ.
He and his wife Judy have three children and live in Tulsa
Benjamin SIEns
Young Married Couples, Office Systems & Media
Benjamin Siens grew up at Eastland Baptist Church and, after a brief time away, returned in 2018. He joined the Eastland team in 2020. Ben teaches the Young Marrieds Class, manages the office, and is responsible for Eastland’s online presence.
He and his wife Ashley have three children and live in Tulsa.
Abigail VanTriest
Secretary
Abigail VanTriest joined the Eastland team in 2020. In addition to serving as the church secretary, she is the church decorator and is a creative force behind many church events.
She and her husband Nathan have two little boys and live in Claremore.
Rebekah McDonald
Secretary
Rebekah Joined the Eastland team in 2022. In addition to serving as a secretary, she makes significant contributions in the areas of graphic design and media, including each week’s bulletin.
She and her husband Jonathan have a little girl and live in Owasso.
Rachel Simpson
Financial Secretary
Rachel Simpson joined the Eastland team in 2016. She serves as an assistant to the church administrator in addition to doing miscellaneous secretarial tasks.
She and her husband Raymon have three children and live in Tulsa.
Teri Dorrell
Pastor’s Secretary
Teri Dorrell began serving as Pastor’s secretary in 2010. In addition, she is responsible for ladies ministries and manages the Book N’ Bean coffee shop.
She and her husband Troy have seven grown children and fourteen grandchildren. They live in Claremore.
